You'll be the voice of Sana, resolving issues and educating brokers and admins to ensure a seamless experience. Your work will directly impact members' healthcare journeys while supporting a remote, distributed team. This role combines customer support with healthcare expertise in a mission-driven environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide accurate support to brokers and admins via phone and email.
  • Assist with onboarding and system needs for new and renewing plans.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, coverage denials, and other issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or adjacent field.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications.
  • Outstanding communication skills across multiple channels.

  • Experience in health insurance or related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience.
