You'll be the voice of Sana, resolving issues and educating brokers and admins to ensure a seamless experience. Your work will directly impact members' healthcare journeys while supporting a remote, distributed team. This role combines customer support with healthcare expertise in a mission-driven environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide accurate support to brokers and admins via phone and email.
- Assist with onboarding and system needs for new and renewing plans.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, coverage denials, and other issues.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or adjacent field.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications.
- Outstanding communication skills across multiple channels.

- Experience in health insurance or related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience.
