Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state
• One year of experience as an LPN

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes and provide hands-on care on a flexible schedule
• Follow doctors' orders, execute treatments, and document properly
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Build client relationships and support developmental milestones
