You'll oversee litigation matters across the U.S. and Canada for a publicly traded real estate technology company. Your work will directly shape legal strategy and mitigate risks in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of litigation and pre-litigation disputes.
• Oversee intellectual property enforcement and domain disputes.
• Select and supervise outside counsel for cost-effective representation.
• Lead internal investigations and e-discovery processes.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience in litigation at a law firm or in-house.
• Experience handling complex commercial litigation and drafting motions.
