You will identify and engage artists in Japan, helping them monetize their catalogs through flexible deals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll manage the full sales cycle and expand Duetti's artist network in Tokyo and beyond.

Requirements

• 5+ years in artist-facing role in music industry focused on Japan
• Deep interest in music industry and deal structures
• High organization and ability to manage multiple deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Japanese and English

Responsibilities

• Engage and identify artists suitable for Duetti's financial solutions
• Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Create strategic plans to penetrate the Japanese artist market
