Description

You will own B2B marketing programs end-to-end, spanning demand generation, event operations, campaign execution, and marketing ops. Your focus will be on driving pipeline growth and efficiency by managing events, ABM plays, content-driven lead gen, and partner marketing, while using AI tools to multiply output.

Requirements

  • 4+ years B2B marketing experience combining demand gen, events, and marketing ops
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub CRM)
  • Heavy daily use of AI tools for writing, analysis, automation, creation
  • Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end logistics of B2B marketing events (trade shows, webinars, roundtables)
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, contracts, and payments
  • Build pre-, during-, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize pipeline impact
  • Own and manage marketing budgets: forecasting, PO tracking, invoice reconciliation, ROI reporting
  • Manage workflows, lead scoring, and campaign reporting in HubSpot
