Requirements

• A nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or multiple state nursing license
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships and create positive outcomes providing safe, one-on-one care
• Monitor clients' conditions
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management
