You will support management of client accounts and execution pacing for media incentives platform, working in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality service to clients and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree B.A. / B.S or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to details and project management skills
• Analytical acumen to make decisions
• Technical acumen to leverage key tools in a timely and accurate manner
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Supports aligned client success partners within pod on developing strong client relationships understanding of overarching client goals
• Eventual goal to manage 1-3 small/growth accounts
• Delivering accurate and timely audience sizing
• Assist with campaign intake and campaign tracking
• Responsible for reporting, pacing, and review of wrap reports
• Bring forward ideas for campaigns workflow processes
• Working effectively with cross functional team to execute against client campaigns
• Ability to work independently to ensure success of high volume of campaigns executed, while also agile to successfully work with a cross-functional team
• IO/brief management; support clients as invoicing/billing questions arise
• Provide clients system access owning new client setup
