๐ผ About This Role
You'll be the first CSM hire in APAC for an AI Time platform serving professional services firms. You'll own the full post-sales relationship for our largest enterprise customers, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion while establishing CS processes for a new region.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own post-sales for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
- Lead onboarding and education to drive rapid product adoption.
- Design tailored success plans aligned with customer goals.
- Own renewal negotiations and identify expansion opportunities.
- Mitigate risk by surfacing blockers and managing stakeholders.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with complex enterprise customers and multi-threaded organizations.
- Proven track record of owning and closing renewals.
- Strong ability to drive product adoption and value realization.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in professional services or legal industries.
- Familiarity with Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Catalyst.
- Background in AI-powered SaaS products.
