You'll be the first point of contact for customers at a leading consumer finance company, handling inbound and outbound sales calls and in-person interactions. You'll learn all aspects of the title, payday and signature loan business to provide customized financial solutions and start a solid professional career with best-in-class training and advancement opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person
• Assess customer financial needs and offer products
• Process loan applications and collections

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year Phone Sales or Call Center experience
• 1+ years Customer Service, Sales, Lending, or Collections experience
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week including Saturdays

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Some college or military experience
• Teamwork mentality developed through team sports
