  • Respond to customer tickets within target response time
  • Resolve order tracking, product info, and modification requests
  • Collaborate with Operational Managers on recurring issues
  • Flag logistics alerts and gather information from brands

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • First experience in customer service, ideally e-commerce
  • Excellent writing skills with flawless spelling
  • Proficiency in ticketing tools and Slack
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to handle high volume

  • Experience with TrustPilot or NPS surveys
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations
