- Respond to customer tickets within target response time
- Resolve order tracking, product info, and modification requests
- Collaborate with Operational Managers on recurring issues
- Flag logistics alerts and gather information from brands
๐ Requirements
- First experience in customer service, ideally e-commerce
- Excellent writing skills with flawless spelling
- Proficiency in ticketing tools and Slack
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to handle high volume

- Experience with TrustPilot or NPS surveys
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations
