You'll build the operational backbone of a venture-backed healthtech company, owning systems and processes for both DTC and B2B channels. Your work will connect demand generation, order management, and revenue operations into a scalable engine. This is a hands-on leadership role driving launch and growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end sales operations for DTC and B2B channels
• Manage and optimize HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce systems
• Oversee DTC order flow, payments, and customer lifecycle
• Partner with contract manufacturers for demand planning and fulfillment

📋 Requirements

• 8–15+ years in sales operations or revenue operations
• Experience managing DTC ecommerce operations for physical products
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce
• Experience with contract manufacturers and supply chain partners

• Experience in medical device or health tech
