You'll own the full customer relationship at Unify, guiding them from onboarding through renewal as part product expert and strategic advisor. Your core impact is driving rapid time-to-value, deep adoption, and retention to directly shape customer health and NRR. This role stands out because you'll influence product feedback loops and commercial conversations in a high-growth AI startup backed by top investors.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead customers from kickoff through onboarding to rapid time-to-value
- Guide customers post-onboarding with regular performance touchpoints
- Serve as primary strategic partner from activation through renewal
- Analyze behavior and usage data to assess health and surface risk
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or similar role in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success owning customer relationships across onboarding and lifecycle
- Experience supporting or leading renewals and expansions
- Data-driven customer strategy and commercial decision-making skills
