Description

You will lead the full lifecycle of a Sage implementation, from assessment and data migration to testing and training, ensuring complex accounting systems become efficient integrated solutions. This 1099 contractor role offers 100% remote work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Sage Intacct implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, WIP, retainage, and AIA billing
• Project management experience with ability to drive deadlines
• Clear communication skills with accounting and project management personnel

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Chart of Accounts, general ledger, job costing, billing, and reporting
• Design and configure Sage modules, including integrations with Salesforce, InEight, and payroll
• Oversee data migration of historical financial data, vendor/client records, and job records
• Test job setup, billing, AP workflows, and system integrations
• Support user training for accounting staff and project managers
