💼 About This Role

You'll lead internal communications strategy and enterprise-wide events programming for Metergy, a submetering provider driving decarbonization. Your work will shape how 500+ team members understand company priorities and culture. You'll report to the VP, People & Organization and collaborate with executive leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute internal communication campaigns aligning with vision and values.
• Support executive communications including Town Halls and leadership meetings.
• Own and manage the company intranet content and distribution.
• Plan and coordinate social events and team-building activities across offices.
• Manage community engagement, charitable giving, and volunteer programs.

📋 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in communications, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in internal communications or event management.
• Proven success in delivering end-to-end communication plans.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience with Adobe Suite tools or Canva.
• Experience in change management communications.
