Description

You will partner with senior business leaders to develop and deliver people strategy, enabling the Technology organization to build high-impact, healthy teams. You'll act as a strategic consultant, leverage data for org design, coach leaders on talent planning, and promote a culture aligned with Stripe's Operating Principles.

Requirements

• 10+ years HR business partner experience
• Experience supporting Technology functions
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on people strategy
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic consultant to leaders on aligning business and people strategies
• Develop and drive cross-functional programs advancing People Strategy
• Use data and insights to inform decisions on strategy, structure, and org health
• Advise leaders on org design, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Support global talent planning and investment in critical talent
