You'll own the strategy and roadmap for how Galileo integrates with and extends traditional EHR infrastructure. You'll drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, clinical, and executive stakeholders. This role shapes what Galileo can do for patients five years from now.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop clinical data and interoperability strategy
• Define product requirements for clinical data infrastructure
• Own the EHR integration roadmap from spec through production
• Manage enterprise clinical workflow decisions across product lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in healthcare technology product management
• 4+ years in clinical data, EHR integration, or interoperability roles
• Hands-on EHR experience from product or integration side
• Working knowledge of FHIR R4, HL7 v2/v3, and clinical data standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI and agentic frameworks in clinical contexts
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous high-growth environments
