Description

As a Fullstack Engineer at Staffbase, you'll help build an AI-native Employee Experience Platform, working with React, TypeScript, Kotlin, Go, and more. You'll take ownership of features, produce high-quality tested code, and collaborate in a cross-functional scrum team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React.js and TypeScript
• Experience with Kotlin, Go, or Java
• Experience with MongoDB, Terraform, Docker
• Experience with testing tools like Selenium or Cypress
• Ability to work in a flexible, agile environment

Responsibilities

• Improve and develop web-based clients and RESTful web services
• Work in a cross-functional scrum team and produce high-quality tested code
• Give and receive feedback in code reviews, continuously learn and share knowledge
• Take ownership for topics from features to quality and work environment
• Work iteratively, push code frequently, and ensure good CI/CD
