You'll design and monitor GRC frameworks for Jiostar, automating compliance processes. You'll lead tool evaluations and implementations to strengthen security posture. This role offers exposure to AI-driven compliance solutions and cross-functional collaboration with legal and security teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and monitor GRC frameworks across entities
• Conduct internal and external audits and risk assessments
• Evaluate and implement GRC, privacy, and security tools
• Identify automation opportunities for repetitive GRC processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in GRC, cybersecurity, risk, or privacy functions
• Hands-on experience with GRC/security tools like JIRA, Vanta, Smartsheet
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DPDPA, GDPR, PCI DSS)
• Experience with automation and AI integration in GRC

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to cloud security controls (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Certifications like CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CIPM, CCSK
• Knowledge of privacy regulations (DPDPA, GDPR, PIPEDA)
