Description
You will drive sales of Calm's digital mental health solutions to employer groups in the Northeast, building relationships with HR leaders and benefits managers to expand access to mental health resources. You'll develop and execute territory sales strategies, manage a pipeline, and represent Calm at industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years healthcare sales experience
- Proven track record selling PEPM-based digital health to employer groups
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and self-funded plans
- Availability for up to 25% travel
