You'll oversee accounting and reporting activities including financial close, technical accounting, and internal controls for a late-stage biotech company. You'll drive accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment, partnering with cross-functional teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Lead trial balance reviews and analyze variances.
• Support external audit process and requests.
• Lead clinical trial accounting activities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of accounting experience with 8+ years in financial reporting.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• Biotech or life science industry experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with SOX/404 compliance.
