🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical strategy for new products and co-drive product strategy
• Lead engineering efforts across the stack from architecture to delivery
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, pairing, and strategic planning
• Uphold high bar for engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience leading complex product initiatives in high-growth environments
• Fluency with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Python
• Proven ability to shape technical direction and make strategic tradeoffs
