You'll lead the transition of mobile games from hypercasual to hybrid casual, focusing on deeper gameplay and engagement. You'll drive retention and monetization strategies while collaborating with cross-discipline teams. This role offers the chance to shape game design and player experience at a leading music game studio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Explore mobile game market and player behavior data to suggest improvements.
• Propose design solutions for retention, engagement, monetization, and live events.
• Expand design briefs into complete specifications with all details.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to prototype and iterate features.

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years experience as a Game Designer or equivalent portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of game design principles (core loop, monetization, economy).
• Strong game analysis skills to deconstruct and discuss game design strengths/weaknesses.
• Experience with wireframe & UI creation tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• Passion for music, especially music games.
• Experience with office software like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
