You'll join Diamond Foundry to support and sustain our equipment manufacturing line, ensuring safe, repeatable, and efficient builds. Your core impact will be driving continuous process improvements that reduce cycle time, waste, and cost while working with an international team to scale production. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement manufacturing processes and assembly instructions
• Provide daily technical support to production line troubleshooting issues
• Optimize equipment builds and establish processes for new equipment
• Facilitate ramp-up to large-scale production with international team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in manufacturing
• English and Spanish fluency mandatory
• Willingness for 3 months of on-site training in US and Trujillo
