You'll own the B2B paid media strategy for Noom Health's Commercial segments, driving demand and pipeline through channels like LinkedIn and Google Ads. Your work will directly contribute to helping millions lead healthier lives. This role offers full budget accountability and strategic influence across the full marketing funnel.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full-funnel B2B paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and emerging channels.
  • Lead paid media budget management, allocation, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns from awareness through conversion.
  • Manage content syndication programs through trade publications and B2B media partners.
  • Plan and execute ABM programs using intent data and firmographic targeting.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B paid media and performance marketing.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • 3+ years of SEM experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • B2B experience in healthcare, health tech, or benefits.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Wordpress, Looker, Mixpanel, or similar BI/CRM tools.
