Requirements
- Post-secondary IT qualification or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Certification in hardware/software troubleshooting (e.g., A+, Network+)
- Experience with Okta Workflows and Universal Directory
- Proficiency in macOS and Kandji for Apple device management
- Experience using JIRA Service Desk for IT service management
Responsibilities
- Manage service desk queue and prioritize tickets
- Process hardware and software requests through ticketing system
- Provide IT support and training to users
- Ensure smooth functioning of meeting room technology
