You will represent Realtor.com® across inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts, making over 300 dials daily to connect consumers with premium real estate professionals. You'll conduct thorough discovery to determine client needs and provide white-glove service, working in a collaborative team environment with a performance-based culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years in phone-based call center or high-volume metrics-driven environment
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or SaaS onboarding preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using soft phone, CRM, and dynamic scripting tools
- Service-oriented, consumer-obsessed, and metrics-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally across inbound/outbound phone, email, and text
- Make 300+ outbound/inbound warm dials daily to identify client needs
- Conduct thorough discovery of consumer goals, budget, timeline, financing, and preferences
- Make successful connections with premium real estate professionals
- Work collaboratively and independently in a metrics-driven environment
