Description

You will represent Realtor.com® across inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts, making over 300 dials daily to connect consumers with premium real estate professionals. You'll conduct thorough discovery to determine client needs and provide white-glove service, working in a collaborative team environment with a performance-based culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years in phone-based call center or high-volume metrics-driven environment
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or SaaS onboarding preferred
• Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using soft phone, CRM, and dynamic scripting tools
• Service-oriented, consumer-obsessed, and metrics-driven mindset

• Make 300+ outbound/inbound warm dials daily to identify client needs
• Conduct thorough discovery of consumer goals, budget, timeline, financing, and preferences
• Make successful connections with premium real estate professionals
• Work collaboratively and independently in a metrics-driven environment
