🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hires
• Support ordering, inventory control and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• In-person interviews experience for hourly staff
• POS systems experience
• Ability to work 4-5 day week including late shifts
