Description

You will implement Plume's smart home SaaS platform for ISP customers. You'll configure, integrate, and validate solutions, work directly with technical teams, produce documentation, and ensure a smooth transition to customer success.

Requirements

• 8+ years as Professional Services, Implementation, Systems, or Network Engineer
• Strong ISP environment skills: networking, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, cloud architecture, OSS/BSS, authentication, provisioning
• Hands-on experience configuring and debugging network devices, CPE, or cloud-managed platforms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work directly with customer engineering and partner teams

Responsibilities

• Execute technical components of solutions as per SOW
• Configure, validate, and optimize Plume platform for ISP deployments
• Integrate Plume with customer OSS/BSS, authentication, provisioning, and monitoring systems
• Conduct API integrations, data mapping, configuration scripting, and end-to-end validation
• Develop implementation guides, runbooks, and as-built documentation
