🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery for a key product including quality, architecture, and release readiness
• Drive operational rigor: on-call management, vendor oversight, SLAs, cost-efficiency
• Champion engineering excellence in reliability, upgradeability, and maintainability
• Hire, lead, and mentor a team of software engineers building at scale

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading high-performing teams
• Working knowledge of Micro-services and NoSQL databases
• Experience managing production applications with high throughput and low latency
