💼 About This Role

You'll join Meriton's IT Service Delivery team, supporting all business units with computer, software, and network operations. You'll ensure timely resolution of support tickets and provide both in-person and remote assistance. This role offers exposure to cloud-based applications and enterprise IT environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up new user equipment and accounts, including deployment and license management.
• Diagnose and respond to support tickets, calls, emails, and walk-up requests.
• Provide in-person support and remote support for workers.
• Manage inventory of hardware and software assets.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT services support role.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, wLAN, and vLAN technologies.
• Experience supporting Microsoft products such as Windows, Office, Office365.
• Ability to configure and support iPhone and iPad devices.
