💼 About This Role

You'll act as the General Manager for Lyft's Claims function, overseeing auto liability and casualty exposures. You'll drive cost-mitigation strategies and position Claims as the company's Early Warning System for risk. This role uniquely blends risk operations, public policy, and corporate strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive comprehensive claims strategy for rideshare operations.
• Architect and oversee the claims provider landscape with SLAs and audits.
• Provide direct oversight on high-exposure casualty litigation.
• Utilize data ecosystems for predictive analytics and early risk identification.
• Serve as liaison between Claims, Product, Engineering, Safety, Legal, Actuarial.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years progressive leadership in Claims Operations or Risk Management.
• Deep proficiency in complex casualty litigation and reserving methodologies.
• Extensive experience managing carrier and TPA relationships.
• 5+ years senior management leading large, distributed operations.
