💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the optimization of the customer journey across all Veepee websites by monitoring performance KPIs and coordinating improvements with tech and business teams. You'll be the business owner of Front roadmaps, managing transversal projects and consolidating inputs from stakeholders. This role offers a dynamic environment within international e-commerce leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and monitor process performance KPIs
• Translate data insights into business needs for UX improvements
• Prioritize business needs with product teams based on value
• Manage transversal Front roadmaps and coordinate with departments

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital project coordination
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills using multiple data sources
• Solid understanding of the e-commerce customer journey
• Fluent English required
