You will lead the administration and optimization of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability across on-premises and cloud environments. This role emphasizes automation and hybrid cloud integration, mentoring team members, and driving best practices for system reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of system administration experience (Windows/Linux)
• Advanced Azure experience (Landing Zones, AVD, Monitoring)
• Strong expertise in VMware, Active Directory, Entra, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Advanced networking knowledge and security best practices
• Proficiency in automation (PowerShell, Bash, Intune)

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Group Policies
• Manage Azure infrastructure including IaaS/PaaS, virtual resources, storage, and networking
• Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell
• Manage and optimize virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure) and cloud resources
• Mentor system administrators and provide technical leadership
