💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Enterprise Client Success team at Maven Clinic, the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families. You'll drive strategic vision, manage a portfolio of complex multinational clients, and lead AI-native transformation of operations. You'll coach a high-performing team to achieve revenue retention and growth goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of individual contributors.
• Oversee client retention and ensure high NPS across the book of business.
• Own commercial outcomes: Net Revenue Retention, gross retention, growth.
• Drive AI-powered operational efficiency and agentic workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in account management or client services in digital health or SaaS.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience operating a book of $100M+ ARR with P&L accountability.
• Proven track record of upsell and client engagement targets.
