Description

You will provide routine skilled nurse visits including medication set-up and general health assessments in patients' homes. This role allows you to work one-on-one with patients to help them maintain independence and enjoy life.

Requirements

• Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Routine in-home skilled nurse visits (30-60 min, pay per visit)
• Medication set-up and general health assessment
• One-on-one patient care in home and community
• Maintain patient independence and quality of life
