Description

You will install and terminate wiring for pad instrumentation and data acquisition systems, build and troubleshoot cable assemblies, and support launch hardware. Collaborate with engineers to resolve test data issues and lead projects with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of professional experience with industrial controls or instrumentation
• Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral
• Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work at heights up to 100 feet

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate wiring to pad instrumentation and data acquisition systems
• Build intricate cable assemblies using Mil-C connectors and contacts
• Troubleshoot AC power distribution equipment up to 480VAC
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot failures from test data
• Lead complex projects with little oversight
