💼 About This Role

You'll join a multi-disciplinary health care team providing rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. You'll make home visits to evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Conduct evaluations of speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care activities

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA or equivalent educational requirements
• Solid computer skills
