💼 About This Role

You'll analyze and reverse-engineer products to understand their design, function, and construction, then create 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Your work will support manufacturing of new and replacement components for global industry leaders. This role offers direct customer interaction and field trips.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reverse-engineer products using calipers, 3D scanners, and inspection methods
• Create 3D models and technical drawings in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing
• Manage technical and commercial correspondence with customers

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Willingness to travel less than 50%

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Vault PLM software
• Familiarity with 3D scanning techniques
• Knowledge of combustion systems
