You'll lead frontline operations for Lalamove's Germany Contact Centre, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. You'll coach team leaders and drive performance to meet key KPIs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage frontline operations to ensure operational excellence
• Produce reports and identify root causes for gaps in KPIs
• Coach and performance-manage Customer Service Team Leaders
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize L1 and L2 operations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years customer service experience with 1+ year in leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• C1 level German and fluent English
