You'll join the Growth Tech team at Binance to develop and maintain backend systems for affiliate programs and lifecycle management. Your work will directly impact over 250M registered users across 100+ countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement large-scale software systems.
• Communicate with product managers to design features.
• Perform performance tuning and online incident troubleshooting.
• Supervise and mentor junior developers.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with Java Applications.
• Strong skills in Core Java, server-side Java technologies, and Spring frameworks.
• Extensive experience in software design and architecture development.
• Solid knowledge of event processing models, multi-threading, and enterprise integration patterns.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the internet industry and AI.
• Working experience on backend system of a large internet company.
• Performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, RPC.
