You'll own Academy content and learning experiences at Synthesia, the leading AI video platform for business. You'll turn complex product workflows into clear, structured content that helps customers adopt the platform with confidence. This is a builder role at the intersection of content development, knowledge management, and enablement operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, publish, and maintain Academy content and learning modules.
• Stucture and tag content to improve findability and learner flow.
• Translate product workflows into written guides, videos, and demos.
• QA content for accuracy, links, and metadata before publishing.

📋 Requirements

• Experience creating customer-facing learning or product education content.
• Experience publishing content in an LMS or Academy environment.
• Strong writing and information design skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Support, or Customer Success.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS customer education.
• Familiarity with taxonomy or content audits.
• Experience using Synthesia or other AI video tools.
