🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal guidance to Product and Engineering teams on product launches.
• Research regulatory issues related to crypto and blockchain technology.
• Draft and review legal documents including terms and filings.
• Advise on compliance with financial services and crypto laws.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience as a lawyer in fintech/crypto sector.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts.
• Familiarity with global licensing and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, securities).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
