💼 About This Role

You'll be the central pivot between Choose and its brand partners, managing a portfolio of about 50 brands. You'll ensure smooth operations from logistics onboarding to post-sale, simplifying partners' lives and driving retention. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-growing startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as single point of contact for 50 brand partners
• Monitor daily order preparation to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage and resolve around 400 disputes per month
• Identify and correct operational or billing anomalies

📋 Requirements

• First experience in project management, logistics, customer success or marketplace
• Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Notion or ticketing tool (e.g., Intercom)

• Experience with Intercom
• Knowledge of Metabase
• Background in fashion, home, cosmetics or kids categories
