Description
You will own the full enablement motion across Samsara's EMEA field, building a regional roadmap and leading a team to deliver onboarding, training, and sales enablement. You'll champion AI-first enablement, track behavior change, and partner with sales leaders to align programmes with business priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years revenue enablement experience, 5+ in leadership
- Proven experience managing and performance managing a diverse team
- Hands-on experience rolling out sales methodology across EMEA
- Multi-territory EMEA experience beyond a single market
- Enterprise SaaS background
Responsibilities
- Own and drive a 6–12 month regional enablement roadmap in partnership with sales leaders
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of enablement professionals across EMEA
- Adapt global programmes to local markets, filling gaps where needed
- Deliver enablement across full field: onboarding, ramp, certifications, product training, sales methodology
- Track behaviour change and report results to leadership
