Description

You will own the full enablement motion across Samsara's EMEA field, building a regional roadmap and leading a team to deliver onboarding, training, and sales enablement. You'll champion AI-first enablement, track behavior change, and partner with sales leaders to align programmes with business priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years revenue enablement experience, 5+ in leadership
  • Proven experience managing and performance managing a diverse team
  • Hands-on experience rolling out sales methodology across EMEA
  • Multi-territory EMEA experience beyond a single market
  • Enterprise SaaS background

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive a 6–12 month regional enablement roadmap in partnership with sales leaders
  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of enablement professionals across EMEA
  • Adapt global programmes to local markets, filling gaps where needed
  • Deliver enablement across full field: onboarding, ramp, certifications, product training, sales methodology
  • Track behaviour change and report results to leadership
