🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide overall project leadership and governance
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule
• Lead client engagement and executive communication
• Oversee future workforce demand analyses
• Manage risk, scope, budget, and performance metrics

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field
• 7–10 years of experience in workforce planning or human capital consulting
• Experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements
• Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessment methodologies
