π― What You'll Do
- Provide overall project leadership and governance
- Develop and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule
- Lead client engagement and executive communication
- Oversee future workforce demand analyses
- Manage risk, scope, budget, and performance metrics
π Requirements
- Masterβs degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field
- 7β10 years of experience in workforce planning or human capital consulting
- Experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements
- Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessment methodologies

- Strong experience developing executive-level briefings
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects
