You'll drive fund development strategy in close partnership with the Executive Director, managing events, sponsorships, and donor relationships. Your work will directly impact Playworks Indiana's ability to bring recess and play to local schools. This hybrid role offers a chance to shape fundraising operations with significant autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a defined portfolio of corporate, foundation, and individual partners
• Plan and execute core fundraising and engagement events
• Own grants coordination and proposal support
• Coordinate logistics and materials for board and committee meetings

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in development or fundraising operations
• Experience managing donor relationships and revenue goals
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems

• Experience with event planning and execution
