📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in analytics or strategy with increasing leadership
• Proven experience leading analytics teams of 50+ professionals
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations (utilization and care management)
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling

• Experience in management consulting or similar high-rigor environment
