🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute visual floor changes and merchandise resets
• Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and outfitting
• Manage visual team scheduling and payroll for floor changes
• Collaborate with store manager on budget and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
