You'll join the Commercial Customer Team at Picnic, working in consumer roles like Category Management, Store, Meals, or Customer. You'll manage data-driven projects that have visible impact, while receiving targeted training in market understanding and business skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with category managers, designers, copywriters, and tech teams
• Analyze customer behavior to improve app features, pricing, and promotions
• Develop tools and processes to optimize commercial activities
• Manage cross-functional projects in marketing, customer experience, and operations

📋 Requirements

• Completed Master's degree in STEM or business-related field
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• First work experience through internships or working student roles
• Fluency in German and English
