You'll act as a Starburst SME for major accounts, providing expert technical support and assisting with LTS upgrades. You'll coordinate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure a value-driven enterprise experience. This role offers the chance to influence product direction through direct feedback.

- Provide break/fix and technical support via SFDC ticketing system
- Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions
- Conduct monthly technical check-ins with customers
- Contribute to reference documentation and lead peer training
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of support experience
- 3+ years of Big Data, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, Bash
- Ability to travel 25% for in-person events

- Experience with Trino or Starburst products
- Knowledge of LDAP, OAuth2.0, SSL/TLS
